Ripple Drift Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 27, 2026 · Applies to the Ripple Drift game for iOS published by Applio. For the Applio booking platform see the Applio Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Ripple Drift (“the game”) is a free mobile game published by Applio (“Applio”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you play Ripple Drift, why, and what choices you have.
2. No account, no personal data from you
Ripple Drift does not require an account and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information.
Your game progress — best score, coins, unlocked boats and the sound setting — is stored only on your device. We do not receive it, and it is deleted when you delete the app.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC): a banner, an occasional full-screen ad between runs, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch (for example “Continue” or “Free shield”).
To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:
- Device identifiers — the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and app- or developer-scoped identifiers;
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address;
- Usage and advertising data — how you interact with the app and with the ads you see;
- Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data.
Google uses this data to provide, personalize and measure ads and may combine it with data from other apps and websites. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data, and apart from Google’s advertising services described above we do not share data from the game with anyone.
4. Your choices
- Tracking (iOS): the game asks for permission before your advertising identifier is used for tracking (App Tracking Transparency). You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): you are asked for consent through Google’s consent message. You can change your choice later via “Privacy settings” in the game menu.
- If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
5. Children
Ripple Drift is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because the game itself does not collect personal data, most requests about advertising data are handled directly by Google; we will gladly help. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address with its effective date shown above.
