Refund Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026 · The English version of this Policy is the binding version.

1. Try before you pay

Every Applio account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature — bookings, branding, the product shop, notifications and analytics. No payment details are required to start the trial. This means you can fully evaluate the Service before you ever pay, and decide whether it is right for your business.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

Applio is offered as a single plan, billed either monthly or yearly through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. When you subscribe, your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

3. Refunds

Because the free trial gives you full access to evaluate the Service before any payment is taken, subscription payments are non-refundable, including unused time on a monthly or yearly plan, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. Where such rights apply, we honour them.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, use the account settings or the link in your payment receipt, or contact us at hello@theapplio.org and we will help.

5. Payments processed by Paddle

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle’s own buyer terms may provide additional rights in certain jurisdictions; where a refund is legally due, it is issued through Paddle. We never store your full payment card details.

6. No payments inside the app

Note that the Applio application itself does not process payments between businesses and their customers. Bookings and product reservations made through the app do not involve an online payment; customers pay the business directly. This Refund Policy concerns only your Applio subscription.
